Business mobiles & SIM cards
Business mobile contracts, SIM-only plans and data SIMs on the UK's strongest networks, set up and looked after by a team who actually answer the phone. Your people stay reachable and productive at home, on site, in the field and on the road.
Always reachable
Work does not happen in one place any more. Your team might be at home one day, on a client site the next, then out in a van or working away for the week. We make sure their mobile keeps up, so customers always get through and your people can do the job from anywhere.
Because we set it all up and support it for you, there is nothing to configure and nobody to chase when something needs changing. Just connectivity that works, and a real person to call if it ever does not.

Clear calls and fast data at every desk, tied into the same phone system.
The same number and features at home as in the office, no home broadband needed.
Strong signal on site and in rural spots, with the right network for the area.
Hands-free calls and mobile data for drivers, reps and anyone between sites.
The networks
We are not tied to a single network, so we will never sell you coverage that is patchy where you actually work. We put each user on Vodafone, O2 or EE based on where they spend their day, so everyone gets the best signal for them.
Broad nationwide coverage and strong, steady data speeds. A dependable choice for most business users, wherever they are based.
Excellent coverage across built-up areas, great value data and handy extras that staff genuinely make use of day to day.
The UK's fastest and widest 4G and 5G network. Ideal for heavy data users, hotspotting and teams working in rural areas.
Team always on the move? A multi-network SIM hops to whichever signal is strongest, so people who travel widely are never left without a bar.

Voice and data SIMs
Not everyone uses their phone the same way, so it makes no sense to put everyone on the same plan. We match each user to the right tariff, from light desk-based staff to field teams who live on their data, and pool it all under one simple account.
Need SIMs for tablets, laptops or routers too? Data-only SIMs keep every device online, on the same networks and the same bill.
Calls, texts and a little data for occasional users and back-office staff who mainly work from a desk.
Generous minutes and data for the typical user who lives on their mobile throughout the working day.
Large data allowances for field teams, tablets and anyone tethering a laptop while out and about.
One pot of data shared across the whole team, so nobody runs dry and you never get a nasty surprise.
Why businesses choose us
The point of business mobile is simple. Your team should be easy to reach and free to work anywhere, without you spending your week managing it. Here is what you get with us.
Every SIM and device on a single, clear monthly account you can actually understand.
We move your existing mobile numbers across with no fuss and no downtime.
Add lines as you grow and adjust plans as needs change, month to month.
Set limits and get warnings before anyone runs up an unexpected charge.
Share data across the team so heavy users borrow from lighter ones automatically.
Lost, stolen or upgrading? We turn round replacement SIMs quickly to keep people working.
New starter joining? A new SIM is live and in their hand without the wait.
The same UK team that set it up answers when you call, at no extra charge.
Contracts, SIM only and deals
Whether you are adding a second line or moving a whole team, there are three ways to do it. We compare business mobile deals across Vodafone, O2 and EE and tell you honestly which works out cheapest over the term.
A new handset and a business tariff together on one monthly contract. The simplest way to give your team current phones without paying for them upfront.
Ask about handset dealsKeep the phones you already own and pay only for the service. SIM-only business plans cost less each month and suit handsets that still have plenty of life in them.
Business SIM only plansData-only SIM cards for tablets, laptops, routers and card machines, on the same networks and the same bill as your mobiles.
IoT and data SIMsStart with a single line. There is no minimum number of users, you get the same support as our biggest customers from day one, and you can add lines as you hire.
Moving a large team? We port numbers across in planned batches, put each user on the network that suits where they work, pool data across the whole business and give you one bill, with spend caps on every line.
Handsets
If your team needs new phones, we supply current models on a business contract so the handset and the airtime sit on one monthly bill. If everyone is happy with the phones they already have, SIM only is almost always the cheaper route, and we will say so.
The current iPhone range, including the Pro models. The usual choice for teams already standardised on iOS, and the longest software support window of any handset we supply.
The Galaxy S and A ranges. Flagship handsets for heavy users, and capable mid range phones that keep the per user cost sensible when you are kitting out a whole team.
Motorola across the razr and edge ranges, plus Google, Nokia and rugged handsets built for site work. If you want a specific model, ask and we will price it.
Tariffs are priced per business rather than from a fixed list, because the right answer depends on how many lines you need, how much data they genuinely use and which networks suit where your people work. Your notice period and any early termination charge are set out in writing on your quote before you sign anything.
Data SIMs
Tablets in the van, card machines on a stall, laptops on the move and routers on a temporary site all need connectivity too. Data-only SIMs put them on the same strong networks, managed alongside your mobiles.
They also make a reliable backup. If a site's broadband drops, a 4G or 5G data SIM keeps the essentials running until it is back.

Talk it through
Machines & security
Some of the most important connections in a building have nobody holding the phone. Lifts, gates and alarms all need a reliable line to the outside world, and a managed SIM is exactly what keeps them talking.
GSM modules and SIMs for lift emergency phones. They keep the mandatory two-way emergency line connected where there is no landline, so anyone trapped always gets through.
SIMs for car park barriers, gates and bollards, so they can be opened with a simple call and stay controllable from anywhere on site or off it.
Dependable connections for alarm panels, intercoms, door entry and telemetry, with roaming SIMs that hop to another network the moment one drops.
Built for kit that must not drop. Roaming multi-network SIMs, remote monitoring and one managed bill keep unattended equipment online, compliant and easy to look after, right alongside your team's mobiles.
Travel and roaming
Roaming in Europe is no longer free by default, and the charge is usually a flat daily fee rather than a per minute rate. It is worth understanding before someone takes a phone on a trip, because the fee is triggered by the phone, not by the person.
The daily fee starts the moment the handset uses the foreign network at all. That means making or receiving a call, sending or receiving a text, or any data at all, including background data your apps fetch without anyone touching the phone.
This catches people out. Buying a cheap travel eSIM does not avoid the charge on its own, because if the UK SIM is still switched on in the other slot it can quietly pick up data and start the day's fee. If you are using a separate travel SIM, the UK line needs turning off or its roaming disabling.
Figures are ex VAT and were correct in September 2026. Roaming is commercial rather than regulated now, so networks can change daily rates, zone lists and fair use terms whenever their own costs or the competition shift. Check with us before you budget for a trip or commit to a term.
Common questions
We look at where your people actually work, not just your head office postcode. If your team is spread out, different users can sit on different networks, so everyone gets the best signal for their patch.
Yes. We port your current numbers across to the new SIMs with no downtime, so your team and your customers carry on as normal.
Data pooling shares one allowance across the team, so heavy users draw from lighter ones automatically. Spend caps and alerts stop anyone running up a surprise bill.
We do. Data-only SIMs keep tablets, laptops, card machines and routers online on the same networks, and they double up as a handy 4G or 5G backup if a site loses broadband.
We build the package around your business and keep it flexible, so you can add lines, change plans and scale up or down as your team changes. Give us a call and we will talk through the options.
Yes. If your team already has phones they are happy with, a business SIM-only plan is usually the cheaper option. You keep the handsets, we supply the SIM cards and move your numbers across. See our business SIM only page.
A business mobile contract is in the company’s name, so VAT-registered businesses can usually reclaim the VAT, subject to HMRC’s business-use rules. It also brings business features: pooled data, spend caps, one bill for every line, and a support team that deals with the business rather than each person individually.
Yes, from a single line upwards. There is no minimum number of users, and small businesses get the same UK support as our largest customers.
There is no single best network for everyone. EE is usually strongest for fast data and rural coverage, O2 is excellent in towns and cities, and Vodafone is a dependable all-rounder. We choose per user, based on where each person actually works. For people who travel widely, a multi-network SIM avoids the choice altogether.
Send us a recent bill and we will compare it line by line. If we cannot save you money or improve your coverage, we will tell you so.
Yes, and it happens. If your current tariffs beat what we can put in front of you, that is what we will say, and there is no charge for us having looked. A supplier who has never once told a customer to stay put is not really comparing anything.
Tell us first, because most things are quicker to sort directly and we would rather fix a problem than escalate it. If we genuinely cannot settle it between us, Synergy Max is a member of CISAS, the Communication and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme, which is run by CEDR and approved by Ofcom. Following Ofcom’s rule change in April 2026 you can take a complaint there once it has been open for six weeks, or sooner if we write to confirm we have reached deadlock. It is free for you to use and the outcome is binding on us if you accept it. Our complaints code sets out the whole process.

The rest of the range
Mobiles rarely sit on their own. These are the parts of the range that most often go alongside them, and they all land on the same bill and the same support line.
Keep your handsets and pay for the service alone.
One SIM that hops between networks for the strongest signal.
Connectivity for lifts, alarms, barriers and unattended kit.
A router and a data SIM where fixed lines will not reach.
Why a company contract is not just a personal plan with an invoice.

We look after businesses right across Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire and Greater Manchester. If your town is listed, there is a page with the detail for your area.
Tell us how your people work and where they need to be reachable. We will sort the right SIMs, networks and plans, then look after it all for you.
