Synergy Max is a family-run business telecoms company with one simple obsession: looking after our customers. We have watched the technology change for four decades, from copper to fibre to the cloud, but the thing that matters most has never changed. Great support, and keeping you connected.
Our story
Between us we have been connecting UK businesses for over 40 years. In that time we have seen just about everything, from the very first business phone systems to full fibre, hosted telephony, mobile and the cloud. Technology has moved on more than once, and we have moved with it.
What has never moved is what we care about. We are a family-run business, and we treat our customers the way a good family business should. We pick up the phone, we remember who you are, and we stick around. A lot of the businesses we look after have been with us for decades, and that is the part we are proudest of.
Our mission
To keep every business we look after connected, supported and free to get on with what they do best. Support is not a department here, it is the whole point of what we do. Technology will keep changing. Our focus never will.
Why support comes first
Anyone can sell you a phone line or a broadband circuit. What actually decides whether your connectivity is a help or a headache is what happens when you need someone. So we built the whole business around that moment.
When you call us, a real person who knows your setup answers. No premium-rate queues, no ticket numbers, no being passed from pillar to post, and no charge for asking. It is the same team from the first survey to years down the line, and it is included with everything we do.
