Synergy Max partner programme
Sell business broadband, leased lines, phone systems and mobile at trade pricing. We contract, install, bill and support the customer. You earn commission every month on every live service you sell.
Bands are based on the monthly recurring revenue you bring in across every product, and reviewed every quarter.
What you can sell
Four product families covering what most businesses need to stay connected, all quoted at your trade price in our online quotation tool.
Voice, data and SIM-only tariffs, shared data plans and connected devices, across the major UK networks.
Full fibre, FTTC, SoGEA and leased lines, with routers supplied and configured.
Cloud telephony licences, handsets and call packages, ready for the PSTN switch-off.
Site visits, cabling, structured wiring and out-of-hours works by our own engineers.
Online quotation tool
Every partner gets access to our online quotation tool. Pick the products, see your trade price and the recommended retail price side by side, and produce a professional quote for your client on the spot.
Quotes are confirmed subject to survey, availability and credit checks.
Trade pricing
We do not publish a single trade price list, because a partner selling one product occasionally and one selling across the whole range every month should not pay the same. Your pricing depends on two things.
How your trade price is set
Every partner’s pricing is set individually.
How it works
Tell us about your business, your clients and what you expect to sell. It takes two minutes.
We review your application and agree your starting band. We sign a mutual NDA and the partner agreement.
Once your insurance is confirmed, your team gets named logins to our online quotation tool, showing your trade prices.
Quote instantly online. We provide the contract to the customer, then install, bill and support them. Your commission is paid monthly in arrears.
How you get paid
Synergy Max issues and holds the contract with the end customer, bills them and collects payment by direct debit.
Calculated for each service from the contract’s pricing: the price the customer pays, less your trade price.
For every month the service is live and paid for. You get a statement, invoice us for that amount, and we pay within 30 days of the month end.

Who you would be working with
Putting your name behind a provider is a risk. If the install goes wrong or support is slow, it is your relationship that suffers.
Synergy Max is a family-run business telecoms company in Liverpool. Our reputation is built on honest advice and support that picks up the phone, and we will not sell your clients anything they do not need. That protects you as much as it protects them.
Cyber Essentials certifiedGovernment-backed certification that our cyber security controls meet the scheme’s requirements.
CISAS memberYour clients have independent, Ofcom-approved dispute resolution if something ever goes wrong.
SafeContractor approvedOur health and safety standards are independently assessed for work on your clients’ premises.

Who it suits
Your clients already ask you about broadband and phones. Stop referring that work away.
You see every client’s telecoms bill. Turn cost reviews into recurring income.
Alarm lines, CCTV connectivity and site broadband all need a provider. Introduce one you trust.
Every new office needs connectivity, phones and Wi-Fi before the first day.
Add a recurring revenue line to relationships you have already built.
Access a full business telecoms range without building the back office.

Tell us about your business and what you expect to sell, and we will be in touch personally to talk it through.

Questions
It is the difference between the price the customer pays and your trade price, per service, every month. Sell at the recommended retail price and your commission equals your trade discount. Sell above it, within the limits we set, and you keep the difference. Installation charges are passed to the customer at cost and carry no commission.
Monthly in arrears. Commission is earned once a service is live and the customer’s payment has cleared. Each month you receive a statement showing every customer, service and amount. You invoice us for that figure and we pay by bank transfer within 30 days of the month end. Months under £50 roll over to the next payment.
There are four bands, from Standard to Platinum, based on the monthly recurring revenue you bring in across all products. We agree your starting band when you sign and review it every quarter. A move up applies from the following month. If your band ever drops, we give 30 days’ notice and contracts already running keep their pricing for the rest of their minimum term.
In defined circumstances, yes: if a customer cancels during a cooling-off period or before going live, leaves or reduces their services within 12 months of starting, fails to pay, or was mis-sold. Any adjustment appears on your monthly statement with the reason, so there are no surprises.
No. We provide product information, pricing, sales support and training, including our sales compliance code, which your team completes before speaking to customers. For anything complex, such as a leased line or a multi-site phone system, we will help you scope and quote it properly.
A signed mutual NDA and partner agreement, ICO registration where your business needs it, and business insurance in place before you get access to the quotation tool: professional indemnity of £1m, public liability of £2m, employer’s liability of at least £10m and cyber and data cover of £500,000.
There is no minimum volume or revenue, and no fixed territory. The agreement runs for an initial 12 months, after which either side can end it on 90 days’ notice. We do ask partners to stay active: if no order is accepted for six months in a row, we may end the agreement.
It is mutual. Both sides protect each other’s confidential information, such as trade prices, margins and customer details, for five years. For 12 months neither side may use what it learned from the other to approach the other’s customers. Relationships either side can show existed before our discussions are excluded, so your established clients are protected in the same way ours are.
Synergy Max. The customer signs our contract, pays us by direct debit and is installed and supported by our UK team, including our complaints procedure and CISAS dispute resolution. You act as an authorised partner, and always make that clear to customers. You never have to bill anyone, chase payments or handle support calls.
Register a prospect in the quotation tool and we will confirm within five working days whether it is available. A registration lasts 90 days and gives you priority over anyone who registers the same business later. Existing Synergy Max customers and opportunities we are already working cannot be registered. The programme is non-exclusive, so there are no territories.
Yes, as an “Authorised Partner of Synergy Max”, using the artwork and marketing materials we supply or approve, with a line confirming services are supplied by Synergy Max Ltd. You cannot use our name in your own company, domain or social media names, or bid on it in paid search.
Business mobile, broadband and connectivity including leased lines, hosted voice, and engineering and installation, to businesses in the UK. The programme does not cover consumers, energy, or financial products.
Your customers carry on with their service uninterrupted, because their contracts are with us. If either side ends the agreement on notice, your commission continues on live services for a further three months. For 12 months afterwards you agree not to move those customers to a competing provider. Commission stops immediately if the agreement ends because of a serious breach.
This is a plain-English summary. The mutual NDA and partner agreement set out the full terms, and take precedence.
