Case studies
Not testimonials. Six specific problems, what we actually did about them, and what changed as a result.
The work
Each of these started as a problem somebody else had either caused or declined to solve. They are the ones that best show how we actually work.
What they have in common
Different industries, different towns, different technology. The thread running through all six is the same.
Common questions
In some cases, yes. We will always ask them first rather than handing out contact details, and most are happy to talk to a business in a similar position. Ask us and we will see who is willing.
No. These six happen to be in Liverpool, Manchester, Prescot and Skelmersdale, but we cover the whole of the UK for installations and support. The North West is simply where most of our customers are and where we can be on site quickest.
Getting a temporary connection out the same day is not something we sell as a product, it is what we do when a customer is in trouble. It is far easier when there is already a failover in place, which is why we usually recommend one for businesses that trade on their connection.
We hold wholesale status and can query multiple carriers rather than reselling one network. Most availability checkers look at a single network, usually Openreach, so a negative result describes that network rather than your building.
Tell us what is happening and we will tell you honestly what can be done, and how quickly.
