Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 8 August 2026

Synergy Max Ltd is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use. This statement explains what we have done, the standards we work towards, any known limitations, and how to get in touch if you have a problem.

1. Our commitment

We believe that everyone should be able to find out about our services and get in touch with us easily. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility and aim to keep improving the experience for all of our visitors, including those who rely on assistive technologies.

2. Standards we work towards

We aim to meet the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a target standard. These guidelines set out how to make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with a wide range of needs.

3. What we have done

To make our website more accessible, we have taken steps including:

  • using clear, structured headings and semantic markup so the site works well with screen readers;
  • designing for readable text sizes, clear layouts and sufficient colour contrast;
  • making the site responsive so it works across desktop, tablet and mobile devices;
  • providing descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • ensuring key actions, such as calling or contacting us, are simple and clearly labelled; and
  • writing in plain, straightforward language wherever we can.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. For example, some older documents or third-party embedded content may not fully meet the standards above. We are working to identify and address these areas over time, and we would welcome you telling us about any problem you encounter.

5. Third-party content

Some content or functionality on our site may be provided by third parties, and we do not always have full control over how accessible it is. Where we can, we choose providers that take accessibility seriously, and we will do our best to help if third-party content causes you a difficulty.

6. Getting help and alternative formats

If you have difficulty using any part of our website, or you would like information in a different format, please contact us and we will do our best to help, including providing the information you need in another way or dealing with your enquiry directly by phone.

7. Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you come across any barrier, or have a suggestion for how we could improve, please email support@synergymax.co.uk or call 0151 230 3949. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback promptly.

8. Changes to this statement

We review this statement regularly and update it as we make improvements or as our website changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
